The subsidiary wholly-owned sales companies are Changsha Zidong Chemical Products Co., Ltd and Jinan Overlooking Aldehydes and Ketones Resin Co., Ltd.
Based on technologies and through detailed survey, we have signed a technical collaboration agreement on KR series products with KD company from Germany, and imported complete and world-leading equipments and production techniques from GFK company from Brussels. With total investment of over 20 million CNY and occupied floor area of over 100acres, we have become a high- and new-tech enterprise with annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of various fine chemicals.
